Project overview

The Trust is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake waterproofing and refurbishment works to the A2 Theatre Roof and B7 Plant Room at St Helier Hospital. The works include roof preparation and repairs, application of a liquid waterproofing membrane system, parapet and flashing repairs, drainage improvements, replacement fire-rated external doors, refurbishment of roof safety railings, and waterproof tanking of the B7 plant room floor.
